Cloud computing means delivering computing activities to you as a service as opposed to delivering a physical product to your doorstep. This service is composed of shared resources, software and information, or commonly known as cloud based applications, and are delivered to your computers over the internet. Everone accesses the shared cloud computing applications through a web browser, with the business software and your data stored on servers at a secure and remote location.
Cloud computing exhibits a lot of advantages. The most obvious is cost: no more expensive infrastructure set up and management of an entire data center to allow both your in-house and remote users to access all the shared computing resources of your business. Reliability, scalability, performance and security are now the responsibilities of the cloud based application vendor. A plus factor to using the cloud is the peak-load utilization and performance of your business. As a cloud computing customer, it is the vendor’s responsibility to provide you with elasticity, or provisioning resources based on your real-time usage without having to forecast and engineer for peak loads.
GoAutoDialCloud provides all the activities you need in a customer contact telephony application, with the right resources at the right time and at the right price. Its entry-level Public Cloud version offers no long-term contract tie-ins, no deposits and no set up fees without limiting any of its prominent features. When you sign-up for the Private Cloud edition, all of the cloud based resources you and your organization accesses are separated from the public cloud; all components reside in dedicated virtual server machines. The Hybrid Cloud is a combination of your private cloud and your GoAutoDialEnterprise using just one user interface. It’s objective is to relieve some of your enterprise’s computing resources, thereby reducing cost, and move those computing activities to your private cloud. This is a rare feature distinct with GoAutoDial.
Privacy. The GoAutoDial Cloud is privately located in fully redundant and secure data centers in three strategic locations: Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. While we offer the Private Cloud as a premium for customers wanting to have their own dedicated virtual server machines, the Public Cloud is as much safe and secure as the former. Both editions are proactively monitored by two Network Operations Centers (NOC) on a 24×7 duration, come rain or shine.
Compliance. The GoAutoDial Cloud is compliant with many international standards: credit card’s PCI DSS, regulatory HIPAA and SOX, audit standards SAS 70 II, and information security management system standard ISO 27001. Even if GoAutoDial Cloud adheres to the Creative Commons licensing standard, all our program interfaces (API) are unique to GoAutoDialalone and are not interoperable with other vendors subscribed to the standard.
