GoAutoDial Enterprise, a Wiki Wiki*

An Enterprise Application Software, or Enterprise Software, is a collection of computer programs intended (to be able) to service the entire enterprise or organization, not just a single employee or department. The GoAutoDialEnterprise software is a set of computer-based application “telephony” tools that allows an enterprise of any size – small business, corporation, government agency, school, not-for-profit organization, etc. – to contact and talk to its customers, vendors and anyone outside its office location using internet-based phone devices and software phones (or IP telephony), fixed/wired (or landline) phones, wireless mobile phones, or a combination of some or all of these media.

As an application software, GoAutoDial Enterprise is installed in a computer server that is plugged into your office’s local area network (LAN). Any other computer and IP telephony device physically or remotely connected to your office LAN can become an origination and termination point of a customer’s call, which is automated and managed by the GoAutoDial Enterprise software.

With other enterprise software, keeping the software operational usually requires a team of specialized, full-time employees. But GoAutoDial Enterprise is a stable, reliable, and ready-to-run application software that needs no intervention everytime a business change has to be made. It was programmed, tested and compiled for the business savvy professional, not the computer science whiz.
