How to Download Recording

1. Navigate to Telephony and select LISTS.





2. Go to the Lead Search Tab. Input the desired Phone number or click Advance to select other options.



3. You can also select a date range as seen on the screenshot.






4. Choose the Status/Disposition of your recording then click View to show the actual details.



5. Pop screen will appear and click the green button to listen/download your recording.
