Using New Look UI
1. In Admin Dashboard kindly click Total Agents Online
2. Click the Agent ID of the Agent you want to Listen or Barge.
3. Select BARGE or LISTEN.
ADMIN PHONE - Phone Extension that configured on your softphone and registered to the server.
BARGE - This means three-way
LISTEN - This means Listen to the agent calls.
Clicking the SUBMIT Button will have your Phone extension ring and you need to answer it and you should be able to hear the agents session.
