How to get DID/TFN number

How to get a TFN/DID number.

1. Login to your portal as an administrator and select SUPPORT or you can login directly to your Goautodial Account portal as seen on the screenshot input the required credentials.

2. Navigate to Support then select Tickets.

3. Click on Open New Ticket and Select Support as seen on the screenshot.

4. Input your request on the provided options. 

Info DID/TFN

5. You will be informed that a ticket has been successfully created. You can also update and view the status of your tickets. Submitted tickets are tracked real-time. Give the Goautodial team 24 hours to provision the requested TFN/DID number.
