How to add Custom Disposition

1. Login to you admin portal navigate to Telephony and Campaigns on your top panel.

2. On the Dispositions tab click the campaign id which you want a new custom disposition to be added.

3. Input the STATUS and STATUS NAME in the field provided and set the HUMAN ANSWERED to YES and click ADD STATUS once done.
