How to upload call recordings to Dropbox?

1. Follow this link http://www.goautodial.com/knowledgebase/35/How-to-Download-Recording.html on how to download/listen recordings, carefully follow each steps.

 When dropbox is "Deactivated" or "Not configured" from your Goautodial server, the interface is pretty much the same from the link in step #1. But when dropbox is "Activated" the interface is diffrent. It has additional column for dropbox to upload your recording file.


Download Recordings

3. Just click the "Save to Dropbox" button and you will see a pop-up screen from dropbox. It will then ask you which location/folder to save your recordings.

4. Click "Save" and the recording file will be saved on your dropbox folder.
